CAMP FORMS

     
 
In the past, we have required a medical form be signed by a doctor before the camper was actually accepted to camp. Our medical staff and athletics officials have changed this policy. The medical questions have changed on the registration form and each parent/guardian must attest that the camper has been cleared to participate in camp activities.
 
     
  The UNC Release Form is required before camper can participate in camp. You may bring this form with you to camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY & ADMINSTRATIVE FEE

     
 
The full tuition (less $100 administrative fee) is refundable only if notification is received one month (May 11th for 1st session and May 17th for 2nd session) before the start of camp. If notification is received after May 11th or May 11th, no refunds will be made, except in the case of serious injury. In case of serious injury, a medical note signed by the doctor will be needed prior to a refund (less the administrative fee).

  CHANGE OF SESSION FEE  
  Any approved requests for session (1 or 2) or camp type (Day or Boarding) changes will be assessed a $25 administrative change fee. Due to the limited space and popularity of this camp, your session or camp type change request may not be possible, so it is recommended that you correctly register for the appropriate camp when your plans are finalized.

  COACHES CLINIC CANCELLATIONS  
  For Online Registrants: there will be a $10 fee for cancellations.
