Camp Timeline & Acceptance Information

1. Register online at www.roywilliamsuncbasketballcamp.com.  You must pay the full tuition at the end of the online registration.  This will hold your spot in camp until the acceptance e-mail is sent.

2. An e-mail is sent confirming we have received your registration and we will review it for acceptance (this is sent to the email address you entered during registration). Attached to this e-mail is the camp medical form (the form should be completed and mailed as soon as possible to the camp office (address on the form). Please note your son can not be participate until we receive the camp medical form. This e-mail is sent immediately after you register. Please print this e-mail for your records - this will serve as your receipt.

3. Your application is reviewed by our staff and a second detailed e-mail will be sent confirming your acceptance. Remember, we must receive the medical card before the acceptance e-mail is sent.  The e-mail will be sent within two weeks of receiving the camp medical form.  Please print this email confirmation.

So,

-Register online and pay the tuition in full.

-Send medical form to the camp office.

-Receive acceptance e-mail.
